Course overview

This lecture gives you the second part of the introduction to the basic knowledge of lambing and, thus, good preparation for the lambing period. 

In the lecture, construction of lambing pens are reviewed, and so is the influence on mother-binding and hygiene

The post-lambing preparations you should make, and reasons for lamb mortality are described. 

Guidelines for problem-solving and assistance for weak lambs are reviewed so that you can be well-prepared for the lambing period.
